Regardless of the size of your project from initial consultation through specifying product, project management, complete furnishing and final installation, Suzanne offers a personal design service and her professional expertise.
THE PROCESS...
- Consultation - In the initial consultation with the
client, we discuss the scope of the project.
- Agreement - We come to an agreement with the
client on basic parameters of the project, client's
budget and payment requirements.
- Compensation - The interview is the appropriate time to discuss compensation. No matter what compensation method you choose, we will prepare a written letter of agreement. The letter of agreement clarifies our understanding of the exact nature of the work to be performed.
- Design concept - We develop a design concept through conversation with the client and analysis of the space and existing furnishings.
- Presentation - We help the client visualize our ideas through the use of photographs, floor plans, color palette selection, wall coverings, faux finishes, hand-painted murals, fabric coordination, window treatments, furniture selections, art and accessories. We have Merchandise Mart affiliation, as well as numerous sources for product, art and accessories.
- Implementation and Installation - We personally manage and oversee the implementation and installation of our projects.
